
Scot Ringenberg is a patent attorney and co-owner of Suiter Swantz IP. Scot received his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Scot continued his education with the University of Kansas Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science graduate studies program.
Scot is registered to practice as a patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the state bar of Nebraska. He is also a member of numerous professional and community associations including the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Alumni Association.
Scot is a former President of the Elkhorn Public Schools Foundation and is currently serving his second term as an elected Member of the Elkhorn Public Schools Board of Education.
When not practicing Intellectual Property law, Scot enjoys golfing, traveling, attending his family’s numerous activities, and following University of Nebraska Athletics.
