
Elizabeth Schultz is a patent attorney with Suiter Swantz IP. Elizabeth received her B.S. in Chemistry and a minor in Business Administration from Creighton University and her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law.
Elizabeth joined the firm as a Law Clerk in 2018. After her 2020 graduation, Elizabeth began working as a patent attorney for the Firm. She has since developed a strong interest in working with female entrepreneurs and business owners, helping them navigate the complexities of intellectual property law.
Elizabeth is actively involved in professional organizations, including the Junior League of Omaha, and serving on the Board of Directors for Access Period.
Elizabeth is admitted to the Nebraska Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska. She is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Outside of the office, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and cooking.
