Courtney M. Cournoyer is a patent attorney at Suiter Swantz IP. Courtney received her B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
Courtney joined the Firm as a Law Clerk in 2022. After her 2025 graduation, Courtney began working as a patent attorney for the Firm.
Courtney is admitted to the Nebraska Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska. She is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining Suiter Swantz IP, Courtney worked in a variety of fields including Agriculture Processes and Cosmetic Manufacturing.
Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys video games, baking, and curling.
